The Macallan Fine Oak 15 Years Old is a rich straw coloured whisky that is part of the Fine Oak range. It is matured for at least fifteen years in three unique oak cask types – European sherry seasoned casks, American sherry seasoned casks, and American ex-bourbon casks. Maturation in three different types of oak casks gives it a rich flavour profile with notes of dried fruits, cinnamon, and chocolate.
